HOLY ALTER HISTORY, BATMAN

Lar of Galen...Our church teaches that God established 4 institutions to protect and preserve the human race: Free Will, Nationalism, Marriage, and Family.  They are always under attack because they help prevent Satan from being able to control the entire human race.  These days the attacks are palpable and obvious to most of us.  "Political Correctness" attempts to keep everyone's thinking and actions in line. Socialism/Internationalism attempts to unite us under one all-powerful government, while all the LGBTQALSMFT (Okay, those last 5 letters are from an old commercial: Lucky Strike Means Fine Tobacco. I also heard it stood for Loose Strap Means Flopping Titty) nonsense seeks to destroy the family, redefine right/wrong, normal/abnormal, and actually threatens the continued existence of the human race.  If Satan had his way, human sperm would be used solely so lesbian couples could have children --- IF they didn't decide to have an abortion first.

Lar of Galen...I do wish Trump would put an end to this idiocy of trying to use the military for social experiments.  No matter what Google says, there is a difference between men and women.  And it's not a question of superiority or equality: God just made us different.  (Vive le difference!) We have different roles in life.  Men can't have babies.  Women aren't supposed to be in combat.  They are supposed to be nurturers, not killers.  Of course, that's a win/win for real men -- No birthing babies; killer instincts.  God is good.

Meanwhile, back in the Bat Cave...

Lar of Galen...It's almost amusing how the media tries to connect Trump, Conservatives, and Republicans to racial hatred and the nut jobs in white sheets, ignoring historical facts. ALL the slave owners were Dems, the Republican party was formed as an anti-slavery party, the slaves were freed by a Republican president, the KKK was created by a Dem, Dems fought the Civil Rights Act, and the Dems want to keep blacks in virtual bondage thru welfare.  It's gotten so bizarre that last night Wolf Blitzer and whatever idiot he was talking to were pondering the "frightening possibility" that the attack in Barcelona was a copy-cat of Charlottesville.  Because Muslims have never used a car (and knives) to conduct an attack before, right?

Lar of Galen...Robert E. Lee was a career soldier, the son of a hero of the War for Independence -- cavalry General Henry "Light Horse Harry" Lee. R.E. Lee never owned slaves, though his wife did. She was Mary Custis, grandniece of George Washington. She inherited Arlington from her parents. When Texas suceeded, all Federal troops were ordered out of the state. LTC Lee was at the train station in San Antonio with all his belongings in a steamer trunk too heavy to be handled by one person. No one would help him because he was a Union officer, and his property was lost to history. When he reported to D.C., General Winfield Scott, the Army Chief-of-Staff, offered to promote him above all others to command all US forces in the field. He declined, because he feared that his native Virginia was about to secede. General Scott told him that if that happened, he would have to fight Virginia no matter what rank he held, so he resigned. Virginia joined the Confederacy. Though he did not favor secession, he loved Virginia above all but God. He was begged to serve, was commissioned a Brigadier General (one-star), and was put behind a desk at CSA HQ. He had to visit a nearby battlefield, and arrived just as the Confederate forces began to retreat in disarray. He rallied the troops and won the battle. This caused someone remembered from the Mexican-American War that Lee wasn't just a great staff officer, but valiant in the field. He quickly rose to full general and command of the Army of Virginia. After the war, he was punished by the Federal government with the confiscation of Arlington. He served as the President of William and Mary for many years before dying of a heart attack. Many blacks joined the mourning for Ol' Master Robert, one of the most honorable men in American history. Not a rascist, not a slave owner, not even a secessionist. But a man who felt honor-bound to defend his "nation".

'A lot of people died so that they can have that privilege': George Foreman blasts Colin Kaepernick and Kevin Durant over their protests and calls Trump 'a good president'

  • George Foreman spoke out on Monday, slamming his fellow athletes' protests
  • Colin Kaepernick famously kneeled during the national anthem at NFL games
  • Kevin Durant has said he will not visit the White House if Warriors get invited
  • Former World Heavyweight Boxing Champion Foreman also said he thought Trump is 'a good president'

George Foreman has slammed his fellow athletes Colin Kaepernick and Kevin Durant as 'sore losers' over their high-profile protests.

The 68-year-old former world champion heavyweight boxer and famed grill-maker spoke out on the Offended America podcast on Monday, saying that athletes who protest are likely seeking attention.
Kaepernick, an NFL quarterback currently seeking a contract, famously kneeled during the national anthem before games last season.

Durant has announced that he wouldn't visit the White House with NBA champs the Golden State Warriors, saying of President Donald Trump: 'I don't respect who's in office right now.'
'I love the United States, I love the flag,' Foreman said.

'We came in the era we were patriotic. The greatest day of my life was when I put on the colors, representing the United States in the Olympic red white and blue,' he said, referencing his gold medal in the 1968 Olympics.

'They [Kevin Durant and Colin Kaepernick] haven't been brought up with people who were patriotic.'

He added: 'A lot of people died so that they can have that privilege' and called people upset with the last presidential election 'sore losers'.

Foreman spoke glowingly about his experience with then-promoter Donald Trump, who helped him out of bankruptcy by bankrolling a pay-per-view fight in 1991.

'He's a good president. A lot of people don't like him, but evidently more do, because he was elected president,' Foreman said.
