WHO IS THIS PERFECT MAN AND WHY ARE WE BEING HOODWINKED?

Democrats’ Hoodwinking of Blacks

Ask any black person which political party has been black people’s political ally. With near unanimity, blacks would answer the Democratic Party. Asked which political party has been hostile to blacks, they’d say the Republican Party with similar unanimity. For better answers, check out Prager University’s five-minute clip “The Inconvenient Truth About the Democratic Party,” by Carol Swain, professor of political science at Vanderbilt University (http://tinyurl.com/kq3gxuw).
Since its founding in the late 1820s, the Democratic Party has defended slavery, started the Civil War and opposed Reconstruction. The Democratic Party imposed segregation. Its members engaged in the lynchings of blacks and opposed the civil rights acts of the 1950s and ’60s. During Reconstruction, hundreds of black men were elected to Southern state legislatures as Republicans, and 22 black Republicans served in the U.S. Congress by 1900. The Democratic Party did not elect a black man to Congress until 1935.
President Woodrow Wilson was a Progressive Democrat and an avowed racist who shared many views with the Ku Klux Klan. He resegregated the federal civil service. He screened the racist film “The Birth of a Nation,” originally titled “The Clansman,” at the White House; it was the very first movie ever played at the White House.
What was the party of Orval Faubus, the Arkansas governor who blocked the desegregation of Little Rock schools and defied the U.S. Supreme Court’s unanimous 1954 Brown v. Board of Education decision? What was the party of Theophilus Eugene Connor, known as Bull Connor, who, as city commissioner, set vicious dogs, fire hoses and billy clubs on black civil rights demonstrators in Birmingham, Alabama? Connor said: “You can never whip these birds if you don’t keep you and them separate. I found that out in Birmingham. You’ve got to keep your white and black separate.” If you answered that Faubus and Connor were Democrats, go to the head of the class. By the way, it was Republican President Dwight D. Eisenhower who sent troops to ensure that black students could attend Little Rock’s Central High School.
What was the political party of Alabama Gov. George Wallace, who, during the 1960s civil rights movement, declared that he stood for “segregation now, segregation tomorrow and segregation forever” and blocked black students from entering the University of Alabama?
A few years later, the only serious congressional opposition to the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964 came from Democrats. Eighty percent of Republicans in the House of Representatives supported the bill. Less than 70 percent of Democrats did. Democratic senators, led by ex-Klansman Robert Byrd’s 14-hour filibuster, kept the bill tied up for 75 days, until Republicans mustered enough votes to break the filibuster.
Labor unions have always been allied with the Democratic Party and have a history of racism. Most of today’s black leaders give unquestioned support to labor unions and their policies that harm black workers, but yesteryear’s black leaders saw things differently. Frederick Douglass, in his 1874 essay “The Folly, Tyranny, and Wickedness of Labor Unions,” argued that unions were not friends of blacks. W.E.B. Du Bois called unions “the greatest enemy of the black working man.” Booker T. Washington also opposed unions because of their adverse impact on blacks.
Today, Democrats use diplomacy to hoodwink blacks. They tell blacks to be against those — such as Education Secretary Betsy DeVos — who are for school vouchers that enable black parents to get their children out of rotten schools run by Democrats at the National Education Association. Democrats are using black congressmen to go after Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke, who is a high-profile conservative, champion of law and order, and supporter of President Donald Trump’s. They view Clarke as a threat to Democratic Party interests. Indeed, if Democrats lost just 25 percent of the black vote, they would be in deep political trouble.
By the way, none of what I’ve said should be taken as an argument that blacks should rush to become Republicans. I’d like to see the black community acting the way most Japanese and Chinese communities do — not getting into a tizzy over which political party is in power.

Lorra of Pantherville commenting on a muslim suing Little Caesar's Pizza because he got the wrong kind of bread...UFB that we let this shit happen in our country...
This is a little game that Muslims do to play victim and shakedown companies. "Hey, give me some of that Halal pork!" Semi-clueless high school kids hands it over. "Gotcha!  Now, give me $100M, you culturally insensitive Islamophobic corporation!"
Clockmed, the faux terrorist was doing the same thing. "Hey look at this bomb-looking thing I brought to school. Gotcha!  Hand over tons of cash you culturally insensitive Islamophobic school district!"
It's a common shakedown technique that doubles as a stage 1 jihad technique to get other societies on the road to Shariah.
It is much like homosexuals seeking out Christian businesses to service their same-sex weddings. They do this with the intent to sue and force other people to accept and endorse their views.

We love participation trophies...don't we?

By Silvio Canto, Jr.

Who said that history repeats itself? Who remembers this one from the late 1990s:
In 1997, more than 150 countries came together in Kyoto, Japan, to negotiate a deal to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions driving global warming.
Back then, the negotiations centered around developed countries, like the U.S., Japan and Australia with the intention that richer countries would lead the way and create a legally binding treaty with emissions targets and reduction timelines.
As you may remember, it did not pass the U.S. Senate.
Kyoto was another example of how difficult it is to pass an international treaty dealing with economic issues.
For some, climate change is the end of the world and even a religion. For a lot of workers, it's their job going to China or paying more for electricity. It's complicated, to say the least.
The Paris Agreement was a lousy deal, as Matt Lewis wrote:
This was greeted with predictable scorn. Supporters of the Paris climate deal present a false choice.
You either (a) believe in the scientific consensus about climate change (in which case, you support Paris), or (b) you are a denier.
But they are missing a third option, which is that (c) this is simply a bad deal in terms of the cost-benefit analysis.
Why is it a bad deal? There are no consistent standards for participation.
Countries unilaterally decided what voluntary and non-binding commitment they wanted to pledge. The United States will cut emissions 26-28 percent by 2025 -- a pledge that is much more rigorous than other nations.
“They can do whatever they want for 13 years,” Trump said of China. “Not us.” (Note: Technically, China has obligations that must be fulfilled by 2030.)
The Paris Agreement is nothing more than world leaders playing a silly "participation trophy" game.
They didn't have the courage to force China or India to abide by the rules, so they gave each one a trophy for going to Paris. And then President Obama, the ever-ready man of the pen, did not even send it to the U.S. Senate for ratification. Wonder how many of those red-state Democrats would have voted for it?
So the world hates us now? Not really. They are probably delighted that someone had the courage to shut down this deal.

Lar of Galen...Dennis Prager was on "Fox and Friends" this morning, talking to Steve Deucey about Conservatives hating on Trump.  Prager said, "During the primary I was one of them.  He wasn't even in my top 15 choices."  But once he became the Republi-can candidate, Prager began campaigning for him. "And I still am."  Prager said that Conservatives are hung up on the concept that "The lesser of two evils is still evil". But, he points out "lesser evil is more good." He points out that Trump has accomplished more Conservative goals is 100 days than what both Bushes combined accomplished. "If a Conservative woke up from a one-year comma and found out that we had a new conservative Supreme Court justice, the most conservative cabinet in decades, pulled out of the Paris Climate Accords, and had a revitalized economy, they would sit up and say 'Wow!  So Ted Cruz won?!??'  I don't like all his tweets, but those of us who look at things Biblically know that God uses flawed people to do great things."

Got into an argument with two Muslim doctors this morning regarding the
Trump ban on travel for four months from several countries.
I presented the "jelly bean" theory of terrorism to them and they both shut up and walked away.
You have a bowl of 10,000 jelly beans of all colors. Two of the jelly beans will kill you instantly if eaten.
How many jelly beans will you let your children eat?
Neither one responded.
